Through our Sigclean Quality Assurance System (SQAS) we maintain the highest standards of service and are able to constantly refine our processes, year in, year out. This system incorporates internal audits, random checks and regular customer feedback, ensuring open communication between staff, management and clients at all times.
Sigclean staff are required to follow standard operating procedures (SOP) written for their respective sectors. Every client site has an SOP manual, which includes cleaning program documentation, site checklists, OH&S details, manual handling procedures and emergency contact information.
Our SQAS is backed up by our 24-hour, 7-day support service, which is ready to assist you, should the need ever arise.
In order to meet the changing demands of our clients and to work well in the Sigclean team, our staff require a solid knowledge base. This foundation is provided by compulsory in-house training and consolidated by our staff development program – ongoing mentoring services provided by the Human Resources Manager and sector supervisors. All staff take part in six-monthly reviews, where personal goals are set, feedback is received and staff can discuss ways to improve performance.
